Email
A valid email address that can be used by friendbinder to contact you. The email address that you supply is also used as your username for logging into friendbinder. In the future, this address may also be used for optional system generated stream alerts.

Name
The name (or handle) that you wish to be known by. This will be used for any part of the site where your name is visible to others. It does not have to be unique.

Public Username
All users have a profile page that shows what networks that user is on. This page can optionally be made public so that anyone on the internet can view your profile. The Public Username is the username part of the profile page url http://friendbinder.com/users/username

Make Profile Public
All users have a profile page that shows what networks that user is on. This page can optionally be made public so that anyone on the internet can view your profile. You should uncheck this box if you do not want to make your profile public at this time. You can change this at anytime in the preferences section of the site.

Password
A password or phrase that only you know which is used in combination with your email address to logon to friendbinder. You should not give your password to anyone else as it protects the data stored on friendbinder and your other social networks. The password strength indicator helps to give you an indication of how good/strong your chosen password is.
