Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are effective between the end user (“User”) and the friendbinder.com service (“FriendBinder”). A User is identified as any person who signs up with a username and password in order to obtain an account (“Account”). By signing up for a User Account and use of any part of the FriendBinder service the User accepts full agreement of the terms detailed below.

1. Service and Service Levels

FriendBinder makes no guarantees with regard to availability of the service. The website may from time to time perform slower than User expectation or may not be accessible at all. FriendBinder reserves the right to at any time without notice: discontinue all or part of the service; deny access to any part of the service; alter any part of the service in any way; make charge to the User for future use of the service; revoke the User’s Account without reason. The User accepts that from time to time faults may occur in the service. FriendBinder accepts no responsibility for the affects of any fault in the service regardless of the cause. By using the FriendBinder service the User accepts the risk of any fault in full.

2. User Accounts

The User expressly acknowledges full responsibility for the ownership and use of their Account. User Accounts must be used by a single individual and must not be shared in any way. The user expressly acknowledges full liability for any access granted to any third party to their FriendBinder Account including but not limited to personal data, third party data, pictures, photographs, motion pictures and contact information. The User agrees not to disclose their Account password to any third party. The User must take reasonable precautions to ensure that their password remains unknown to any third party. The User may at any time request that their Account be removed by either using suitable service page or by sending a request writing to contact@friendbinder.com. The User expressly acknowledges that FriendBinder may hold their Account and personal information for up to six months after they have requested to be removed from the service.

3. Personal Information and Data

The User expressly acknowledges full responsibility for all personal or third party data that is transmitted or stored as a result of using their FriendBinder Account. FriendBinder accepts no liability for personal or 3rd party data that is transmitted or stored by the FriendBinder service. The User expressly acknowledges that providing account information for third party services is done so solely at their own risk and that they have the legal right to do so. Where a dispute arises between any third party and FriendBinder as a result of any part of a User's FriendBinder Account or any part of the data stored or transmitted thereof the User will be solely responsible and fully liable for any damages.

4. Limited Liability

In no event shall FriendBinder by liable for damages, personal injury or losses of any kind whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption as a result of signing up or using the FriendBinder service. In no event will FriendBinder's total liability for damages exceed zero pounds sterling (£0). In the event of any 3rd party bringing charges against FriendBinder for any reason where a User Account is involved, that User (or Users) will be fully liable for all damages.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The User expressly acknowledges that use of the FriendBinder service solely at their own risk. The FriendBinder service is provided "as is" with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

6. Misuse

Users are expressly forbidden from reverse-engineering; hacking; disassembling or any other misuse of the FriendBinder service in any way.

7. Privacy

FriendBinder will not sell or otherwise provide email addresses you give us to other parties unless required to do so by law. FriendBinder will not carry out marketing for products other than those produced by FriendBinder with email addresses that you give us. You can remove your account and all your data at anytime using the "Delete Account" feature (available in Settings->Account Settings)
